How is Helpr different than your average handyman service? 

At Helpr, we understand that your time is valuable. You no longer have to remember to change the filter in your air conditioner or hassle with hard to reach lightbulbs. Have you had a toilet that's been running for months or a faucet that continually drips? Helpr is a preventative maintenance service that avoids costly repairs by being proactive about home upkeep. We will make sure your home is running in tip top shape.

What if major repairs
are needed? 

Helpr partners with pre-screened and licensed service technicians that can take care of any major plumbing, electrical or other related needs. Just call Helpr, and we will have one of our field representatives come out and repair at a competitive cost.

Do I have to sign a contract? 

No. After your discovery meeting, Helpr will provide you with a service package based on your needs. All we ask is that you give us a few months to show you how helpful Helpr is. You can cancel at anytime.

How do I make payments for my mothly service?

Helpr takes American Express, Visa, Discover & Mastercard. Helpr will charge your debit or credit card once service has been provided. You will receive a receipt via email showing your monthly fee & materials used along with your Statement of Service for the monthly routine maintenance. 

Who benefits from having a monthly service plan?

Everyone. Helpr provides a service for your home to be maintained allowing you more time to spend with family, work, friends, and vacation. Ask us about our corporate pricing if you are a landlord of multiple properties. We will even service your lake home.

What is a 
"Discovery Meeting"?

Although Helpr has prices up front, we like to have an initial meeting with the homeowners to walk through and discover your unique home. Our Helpr will inventory your filter size & light bulb types. Helpr will go over any concerns you have and set up the optimal package for your home needs. 

Do I need to provide my own materials?

You can provide your own materials if you like, but Helpr has fast access to hardware stores and uses amazon prime for fast and cost efficient shipping. Helpr will have your materials sent directly to your home a few days prior to your monthly visit.

Do I have to be home for my appointment? 

You do not need to be home during your monthly maintenance appointment. Most of our customers provide us with keys or garage codes. This allows us to service your home without disrupting your busy schedule. No more waiting around during a four hour window for a handyman to arrive.
